Sign to accept an estimate
When you send an estimate to a client, they can now accept it with a signature. Instead of a single click, they type their full name and sign on screen — so you have a clear record of exactly who approved the work and when. You'll see the name, date, time and signature on the estimate inside your account.
Energy meters & tenant top-ups
Sell prepayment energy meters to landlords directly through dynamik.app. Tenants top up their balance online — no account needed — and you track balances, usage and payments live from the portal.
Smart switches
Control on-site relays remotely, see the live power draw, and keep a full audit log of every on/off action. Ideal for managing equipment across multiple sites from one screen.
AI risk assessments
Generate method statements and risk assessments in seconds. The assistant drafts the hazards, controls and PPE for you — then you fine-tune the details and export a branded PDF.
Certificates
Eighteen certificate types are now supported — including EICR, fire alarm, emergency lighting and PAT — each with on-site signature capture and instant, branded PDFs.
HMRC Making Tax Digital
Submit VAT and Self Assessment (ITSA) returns straight to HMRC, and run PAYE payroll and CIS — all from one place, fully Making Tax Digital compliant.
