Checking Stock Levels

See your current stock quantities at a glance and get alerted when stock runs low.

Viewing Stock Levels

1. Navigate to Inventory > Stock Levels
2. You will see a table showing:
   • Product name and SKU
   • Current quantity per location
   • Total quantity across all locations
   • Reorder point
   • Status indicator (in stock, low, out of stock)

Low Stock Alerts

When a product quantity falls below its reorder point, it is highlighted in the stock levels view. Set reorder points on each product in Assets > Products > Edit.

Filtering

Filter the stock levels view by:

• Location (warehouse, office, van, etc.)
• Category
• Stock status (all, low stock, out of stock)

Stock Valuation

The stock levels page also shows the total value of stock at each location, calculated using the product cost price multiplied by quantity on hand.
