# Checking Stock Levels See your current stock quantities at a glance and get alerted when stock runs low. ## Viewing Stock Levels 1. Navigate to **Inventory > Stock Levels** 2. You will see a table showing: - Product name and SKU - Current quantity per location - Total quantity across all locations - Reorder point - Status indicator (in stock, low, out of stock) ## Low Stock Alerts When a product quantity falls below its **reorder point**, it is highlighted in the stock levels view. Set reorder points on each product in **Assets > Products > Edit**. ## Filtering Filter the stock levels view by: - Location (warehouse, office, van, etc.) - Category - Stock status (all, low stock, out of stock) ## Stock Valuation The stock levels page also shows the total value of stock at each location, calculated using the product cost price multiplied by quantity on hand.
