If you have forgotten your portal password, you can reset it from the login page in a few simple steps.

Security

Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If the link has expired, simply request a new one.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. 1 Go to the portal login page
  2. 2 Click Forgot your password?
  3. 3 Enter the email address you use for the portal
  4. 4 Click Send Reset Link
  5. 5 Check your email and click the Reset Password button
  6. 6 Enter your new password and confirm it
  7. 7 Click Reset Password to save and sign in

Didn't Receive the Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact your service provider if the problem persists

For Business Owners

If a client contacts you because they cannot log in, you can re-send them an invitation from the client's Portal tab in the app. This sends a fresh setup link that lets them set a new password.
