Resetting Your Portal Password
If you have forgotten your portal password, you can reset it from the login page in a few simple steps.
Security
Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If the link has expired, simply request a new one.
How to Reset Your Password
- 1 Go to the portal login page
- 2 Click Forgot your password?
- 3 Enter the email address you use for the portal
- 4 Click Send Reset Link
- 5 Check your email and click the Reset Password button
- 6 Enter your new password and confirm it
- 7 Click Reset Password to save and sign in
Didn't Receive the Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact your service provider if the problem persists
For Business Owners
If a client contacts you because they cannot log in, you can re-send them an invitation from the client's Portal tab in the app. This sends a fresh setup link that lets them set a new password.
