The engineer diary gives each engineer a personal view of their assigned jobs. They only see jobs assigned to them, organised in a calendar format.

The engineer diary is designed for mobile use. Engineers can view and manage their jobs from any device.
Accessing the Diary
- 1 Navigate to Platform → My Diary
- 2 Or click the calendar icon in the sidebar
Engineers can also access a focused diary view from the mobile-optimised engineer workspace.

What Engineers Can Do
View Jobs
See all their assigned jobs with dates, times, and details
Start Jobs
Mark a job as started when they arrive on site
Log Time
Track time spent on the job for billing
Complete Jobs
Mark jobs as completed when finished
Job Details from Diary
Clicking a job in the diary shows:
- Client name and contact details
- Site address with map link
- Job description and notes
- Other assigned engineers
- Action buttons to start/complete
