Transferring Stock Between Locations
Stock transfers move inventory from one location to another. Use them to restock vans, move products to a new warehouse, or redistribute inventory.
Full Audit Trail
Every stock transfer is logged with date, time, user, and quantities. You can always trace how stock moved between locations.
Creating a Stock Transfer
- 1 Navigate to Inventory → Transfers
- 2 Click Create Transfer
- 3 Select the From location (source)
- 4 Select the To location (destination)
- 5 Add products and quantities to transfer
- 6 Set the transfer date (can be scheduled for future)
- 7 Click Save to create the transfer

Pro Tip
Create transfers in advance and set a scheduled date. The transfer will be marked as pending until you confirm receipt.
