Managing Stock Locations
Stock locations represent physical places where you store inventory. This could be a warehouse, office, storage unit, or even a company vehicle.
Multi-Location Tracking
Track stock across warehouses, offices, and even engineer vans. Know exactly where your inventory is at all times.
Creating a Location
- 1 Navigate to Inventory → Locations
- 2 Click Add Location
- 3 Enter the location name (e.g., "Main Warehouse", "Van 1")
- 4 Select the location type
- 5 Add optional address details
- 6 Click Save
Location Types
Warehouse
Main storage facility for bulk inventory
Office
Office or shop location with inventory on-site
Vehicle
Van or truck carrying stock for field work
Storage
External storage unit or overflow space
Viewing Stock by Location
Each location page shows:
- All products currently at that location
- Quantity available and reserved
- Total stock value
- Recent stock movements
