Downloading Payslips

dynamik.app generates professional payslip PDFs that you can download and distribute to employees.

Individual Payslip

1. Open the pay run
2. Find the employee in the entries table
3. Click the download icon next to their entry

This downloads a single PDF payslip for that employee.

Bulk Download

To download payslips for all employees in a pay run:

1. Open the pay run
2. Click Download All Payslips

If there are multiple employees, the system generates a ZIP file containing one PDF per employee. If there's only one employee, it downloads the PDF directly.

What's on a Payslip

Each payslip includes:

Header

• Company name, logo, and address
• Employee name, payroll ID, NI number
• Tax code and NI category
• Pay period dates and payment date

Payments

• Basic pay
• Overtime, bonus, commission (if any)
• Other additions
• Total gross pay

Deductions

• PAYE income tax
• Employee National Insurance
• Student loan (if applicable)
• Postgraduate loan (if applicable)
• Pension contribution (if applicable)
• Other deductions
• Total deductions

Summary

• Net pay (prominently displayed)
• Year-to-date totals: gross, tax, NI, pension
• Employer contributions: NI, pension

Payslips use your company's brand colour for visual consistency.
