What's New

When you share an estimate, your client opens a secure link — no account or login required — where they can review every line, download a copy, and either accept or decline.

Accepting

  1. 1

The client opens the estimate link and reviews the items and total.

  2. 2

    They press Accept.

  3. 3

A short form asks for their full name and a signature — they sign on screen with a mouse or finger.

  4. 4

Once they confirm, the estimate is marked Accepted instantly.

Both the name and the signature are required, so every acceptance carries a clear record of who approved it.

Where you see it

Open the estimate inside your account and look at the Response panel. You'll see:

  • Who accepted it (the name they entered)
  • When they accepted it (date and time)
  • Their signature
Info

The acceptance link is private to whoever you send it to. The name and signature are recorded as entered by the signer — they're a record of approval, not a verified identity check.

Declining

If the client isn't ready to go ahead, they can press Decline and optionally leave a short reason, which you'll see against the estimate.

Downloading

At any time, the client can press Download to save a PDF copy of the estimate for their records.
