Logging In to the Client Portal

Once your service provider has invited you to the portal, you can log in at any time to view your invoices, estimates, projects, and system logbooks.

For Your Clients

This guide is written for your clients. You can share this page with them or use it as reference when providing support.

First-Time Login

When your service provider grants you portal access, you will receive an email invitation.

  1. 1 Open the email from your service provider
  2. 2 Click the Set Up Your Portal Access button
  3. 3 Choose a password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it
  4. 4 Click Set Password & Sign In

You are now logged in and will see your portal dashboard. From now on, you can return and log in with your email and password.

Returning Login

  1. 1 Go to the portal login page
  2. 2 Enter your email address and password
  3. 3 Optionally tick Remember me to stay logged in
  4. 4 Click Sign In

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • Dashboard — See your outstanding balance and recent activity at a glance
  • Invoices — View invoices, download PDFs, and pay online
  • Estimates — Review estimates and accept or reject them
  • Payments — See your full payment history
  • Projects — Track project milestones and progress
  • System Logbooks — View your installed systems and add logbook entries

Logging Out

Click Logout in the top-right corner of the portal. If you are on a shared computer, always log out when finished.
