Understanding Job Statuses
Jobs progress through different statuses as work is scheduled, started, and completed. Understanding the job workflow helps you track progress.
Default Job Statuses
Scheduled
Job is booked
Work has been scheduled but not yet started
In Progress
Work underway
Engineer has started the job on site
Completed
Work finished
Job has been completed successfully
Cancelled
Job cancelled
Work is no longer needed
On Hold
Temporarily paused
Waiting for parts, access, or further instructions
Customise Statuses
